Insight actions
ARIS Process Mining helps you gain insights into your processes and derive desired actions based on these insights. Insights are specific aspect of these processes in which you are interested. You can define the conditions according to which your processes are analyzed and then trigger an appropriate workflow. A workflow can automatically be triggered for each gained insight. You can also use the results of your insights in your analyses.
For example, you can check processes for activities that exceed a certain throughput time and trigger a workflow that automatically sends an e-mail to the appropriate person.
