Overview
This manual describes the installation and configuration of Process Extractor for ARIS Process Mining SaaS (Process Extractor).
Process Extractor for ARIS Process Mining is a service that provides a generic interface between ARIS Process Mining and various data sources. You can use Process Extractor to extract data from any SAP® source system or JDBC database. Process Extractor is tested with Oracle® and Microsoft® SQL database.
Note the Hardware and software requirements.
If you extract data from an SAP system, ensure that the SAP source system meets the requirements of Process Extractor.

After the installation of Process Extractor, you must configure a connection to the data source and extract the source data in ARIS Process Mining. For information on configuring a data extraction and how to use the extracted source data, see the ARIS Process Mining online help.
