Requirements of the SAP source system
If you use SAP as a source system, it must meet the following requirements.
An ARIS Process Mining-specific development class has been imported into the SAP system using the SAP transport request. The required transport request is included in the ARIS Process Mining installation.
An SAP user with system access via Remote Function Call (RFC) and execution privilege for the ARIS Process Mining function modules exists.
In some cases, you must create additional indices in the SAP database to improve the performance during data extraction or to prevent data extraction being canceled by a timeout in the SAP system.
