User roles in ARIS Process Mining
The user's privileges for projects and data in ARIS Process Mining are determined by the role the user has in the project and the corresponding ARIS license used and user role assigned in ARIS.
ARIS Process Mining User roles
The following user roles exist in ARIS Process Mining with the corresponding access privileges:
ARIS Process Mining Viewer
Can only consume (read) projects and ARIS Process Mining data.
ARIS Process Mining Analyst
Can consume (read) projects and ARIS Process Mining data.
Defines and integrates data and creates process analyses.
Creates data set and uploads data.
ARIS Process Mining Engineer
Can consume (read) projects and ARIS Process Mining data.
Defines and integrates data and creates process analyses.
Creates data set and uploads data.
Connects and integrates data from a multitude of source systems into the ARIS Process Mining cloud.
User role mapping
In a combined deployment of ARIS and ARIS Process Mining, the ARIS user licenses include the licenses for ARIS Process Mining with the following user role mapping:
