Open User management in ARIS
You can manage users and user groups in the User management component in ARIS Administration.
The privileges of a user are determined by the role the user has.

Click the
Navigation menu icon > 
Administration in the program header.The Overview page of the Administration section opens.
Click
Users in the Administration panel.The Users page opens.
Click Open User management.
The User management component in ARIS Administration opens.
You can grant certain functional privileges to individual users.
