Manage access to analyses
You can allow other ARIS Process Mining and ARIS users and user groups to edit, delete, and set privileges for an analysis. By default, the creator of an analysis has full access to the analysis. The creator is allowed to use, edit, delete, and set privileges for the analysis.
Users of an analysis inherit the privileges of the parent project. For example, if a user has the View and Edit privileges for a project, the user automatically has these privileges for the analyses belonging to the project. Note that this rule applies only to analyses created in this project. For example, if you have copied an analysis from another project and set the privileges for that analysis, changing the privileges for the project does not affect the existing analysis.
Users assigned to a user group automatically inherit the privileges assigned to the group. You can assign users to a group in the User management component in ARIS.
You can set the following privileges:
View allows this user to view the analysis.
Edit allows this user to edit and view the analysis.
Delete allows this user to delete the analysis.
Set privileges allows this user to set privileges for the analysis.
Note that users with this privilege can also revoke the privilege from you.
Move the mouse pointer over an analysis in the Project panel.
