SAP access
If a firewall restricts communication between Process Extractor and the SAP backend, the ports used by the SAP Java Connector (JCo) must be enabled.
For standard RFC connections, JCo uses the dispatcher port 3200 + system number. For example, if the system number is 01, the corresponding port is 3201.
For connections via a gateway server, message server, or the SNC protocol, other standard ports may be required. For example, RFCs over SNC often use the legacy port 4800.
SAP administrators may also configure custom ports for specific connection types.
Refer to the official SAP documentation and and ask your SAP and network administrators to specify the correct settings in the SourceSystemConfiguration.json file.
