Overview
On the Overview page, you find general information about the data collection, such as the storage quota and process quota, or the number of licenses used.
Click the
Navigation menu icon in the program header.
Select
Data collection. The Data collection opens and shows the Data sets page.
If you have already opened a data set, the recently opened data set is opened. Click
Back in the Data set panel to open the Data set page.
Click Overview.
The Overview page of the Data collection opens.
The Storage quota shows how much of the maximum storage size is already used. The maximum storage size depends on the installed ARIS Process Mining edition. The storage quota only applies to data uploaded via CSV.
The Process quota shows how many of the maximum allowed processes are already being processed. The maximum number of allowed processes depends on the installed ARIS Process Mining edition. The process quota only applies to data uploaded via CSV.
The 'License' quota shows how many licenses are used.
The "Living Process quota" shows how many licenses (related to the old S/M/L/XL license model) are assigned to a data set.
The "Flexible Living Processes" show how many of the licensed processes are consumed in the entire data set.
Unused: Shows the number of data sets unused (unassigned) to projects.
Data loaded: Shows the number of the data sets with already loaded data.
Data pending: Shows the number of the data sets with pending data loads.
Error in last run: Shows the number of errors that occurred during data processing in a data set, such as extracting, recalculating, or loading data. You can check the status of executed tasks.
