Process flow filter

Process flow filters filter cases in which a specified activity is followed (or not) by another specified activity.

Process flow filters are only applied at the case level.

  • This type of filter uses the order of activities. You pick two activities and filter one of the order-related conditions:

  • Directly followed by: The "To" activity occurs directly after the "From" activity.

  • Eventually followed by: The "To" activity occurs after the "From" activity, but other activities can intervene.

  • Never followed by: The "To" activity never occurs after the "From" activity, regardless of other intervening activities..

  • Not directly followed by: The "To" activity does not occur directly after the "From" activity, but it can occur later in the process.
