Save filters as bookmarks

You can save the filter settings of an analysis as a bookmark.

Prerequisite

You have configured a filter for an analysis.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click the filter Open Filter panel icon in the analysis header. The Filters panel opens.

  2. Click the Personal favorite Save as bookmark in the Filters panel. The Create bookmark dialog opens.

  3. Enter a title.

  4. Enter an optional description. To edit the text format of the description, click Format and make your settings.

  5. You can select the settings that you want to save in the bookmark. To do that, enable or disable the settings in the Save drop-down menu. By default, Filters only is enabled.

    If you enable Current analysis, the Displayed app and Set variables settings are automatically enabled.

  6. Click Create.

The filter settings of the current analysis are saved as bookmark in the Bookmarks panel. If you selected Filters only, the bookmark is saved on the My assets tab. If you selected other analysis settings to save, the bookmark is also saved on the Current tab.

You can access the bookmark at any time in all your projects.
