Data levels
In ARIS Process Mining, analyses can incorporate data from multiple levels of the process. When you configure your own data set, the analysis model recognizes the case and activity fields as different. Case and activity are the two most important levels for any analysis.
Case fields contain information about the case as a whole, such as the case ID or case duration.
Activity fields contain information about specific activities, such as the name, start time or activity duration. A case usually consists of multiple different activities that are performed one after another.
