Activity order
During a data load, activities within a case are automatically sorted. By default, the activities are sorted in the following order: First by the Start time, followed by Additional sorting (optional), End time (optional), and alphabetical order of activity names. The Additional sorting and End time are optional. If they are not specified, the activities are sorted by the Start time and Name. To order the activities, we use information, such as the start timestamp, end timestamp, and (secondary) sorting criterion. The calculation rules for case fields use this order.
